It look like we were n’t the only onesnot impressed with Meizu ’s M8 iPhone ripoff – its kiosk at CeBIT was close down by the local police and all products and promotional materials were remove . Yikes ! Apparently some other booths were shut down as well , as this was part of a wider go-ahead to protect patent of invention and copyright owners . What does this mean for the portion of our favorite dust copycat Chinese ripoff phone ? Time will say . remain solid , my friend .
UPDATE : The shutdown was actually due to amistaken MP3 - licensing issueand the stall is now back open . Apple had nuthin’ to do with it . Carry on ! [ HeiseviaElectronista ]
