A firebrand new artistic production installation honoring the memory board and work of astronomer Carl Sagan has been unveiled at the Cornell University Campus . Designed by artistLeo Villareal , the dynamic lighting display is located on the cap of the Sherry and Joel Mallin Sculpture Court — what can be run across on campus and from within the city of Ithaca itself .
