You’ll probably like it,’” Combs recalled. “And you said, ‘No, it says Spelling on it.’ And I said, ‘I know I understand. To her surprise, the television producer acted as if all was right in the world.“He just walked in and [it was] as if nothing happened,” she said. “I mean, for him, that’s how he conducted the meeting. It was like ‘Kiddo! Let’s do this project together. It’s gonna be great!’”She continued, “And I was just like, ‘Do you want to talk about everything that happened in the past? Do we want to talk about [how] you fired me and didn’t even have a discussion with me and like, all this stuff that transpired on90210and how, you know, that was just an ugly situation?"“But no, he didn’t really want to discuss any of it. He just wanted us to move forward,” Doherty said and Combs added, “He was moving on.”Doherty ultimately landed the role as Prue Halliwell and appeared onCharmedfor three seasons from 1998-2001.
