In December 2023, Manganiello and O’Connormade their red carpet debutas a couple at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) Gala in New York City. A few months later, they made yet another public appearance at aLos Angeles Kings game.
The newfound relationship marks Manganiello’s first since filing for divorce from Vergara in July 2023.The two were married for seven yearsbeforethey announced their splitin a joint statement.

In September 2023, a source told PEOPLE thatO’Connor and Manganiello first metat a small, “unofficial” after party forWinning Time. The insider noted that they “met in the hot tub and they were talking the whole time."
Later that month, a source told PEOPLE thatthe couple were officially “dating”and were spending time “out of town together” away from Los Angeles.
“They’re both really funny together. He laughs at her a lot because she’ll crack these witty jokes,” the insider shared. “She’s really witty. So sweet and smart. And he’s cool."
